Refund Policy

1. General

knowlee is sold as a subscription. The seller is individual entrepreneur Andrii Barsukov (details in section 9). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers: Monobank for customers in Ukraine and Paddle for customers elsewhere (Paddle acts as merchant of record, issues the invoice in its own name and processes refunds at our request). We do not store full card details.

This Policy supplements the Terms of Use (section 5, “Payment and subscriptions”). For anything concerning refunds, this Policy applies.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time under Settings → Current plan in the Service. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which automatic renewal stops. Unused days of the current period are not refunded pro rata, except in the cases described in sections 3–5.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

If the Service is not for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of a payment. You do not need to give a reason.

4. Automatic renewal

A charge for an automatic renewal is covered by the 30-day guarantee in section 3. If you did not manage to cancel before the charge, write to us and we will refund the new period.

5. Technical problems

If the Service was unavailable through our fault for an extended time, contact us: we will consider compensation or a refund for the affected period.

6. When no refund is issued

• the request is made outside the time limits in sections 3 and 4;
• the account was suspended for a breach of the Terms of Use;
• the payment covers a period that has been fully used.

7. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address your account is registered with and state the payment date. Customers outside Ukraine can also manage their subscription and request a refund through the Paddle customer portal.

We process requests within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; the money reaches your account within 3–10 working days depending on the bank.

8. Consumer rights in the EU and the United Kingdom

Consumers in the EU and the UK have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. Because access to the Service is provided immediately after payment, this right lapses once the service starts with your consent. Section 3 of this Policy applies regardless and is broader.

10. Governing law and disputes

10.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

10.2. Any dispute concerning a refund is resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the laws of Ukraine.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify users of material changes by email or a notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
